We’re just starting out with YouTube walkthroughs of the sites we’re working on, a few about our processes, and some ridiculous ones of Bertie and Alfie pretending they’re on Jackass. What could possibly go wrong?

After some really positive client feedback, we thought we'd take you on a quick look at our 5 step client engagement process: from initial meet-and-greet, through to final website handover (or ongoing maintenance if you want us to look after your website for you), and how we use Trello to manage the design and development process so that you can see exactly what stage the development is at, join in our conversations, post pictures, and generally stay involved in the development of your website.

Join us for a walkthrough of the website we're building and managing for the UK-based car valeting service Devil in the detailing.

This responsive four page website contains a Facebook chat tool, Facebook page streaming, and we also set up Suk's email account using his devilinthedetailing domain.

Our web site is so close to being complete we can almost taste it (the taste of victory!). We're busy under the hood doing some techie things but Rob still found the time to make a quick video to show off our design approach and project management tools.
